ABOUT
OUR HISTORY
Did you know that Spirit of Dance was established in 1999 by Lori Ann Nelson? We have a fantastic space with three spacious studios, a private party room for birthdays, a waiting room for parents and students, a kitchen and a tuck shop.
Our studio offers a variety of classes for all ages, including Early Dance Education (ages 10 months-5 years), Recreational (6 and up), Part-Time Competitive, Competitive (3 and up) and Adult Classes. We teach Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Modern, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Pointe, Musical Theatre, Acro, Kinderdance and Dance Tots & Tumble, and are dedicated to instilling proper dance techniques, self-discipline, and confidence in our students.
We want every student to have the best possible experience, so we pride ourselves on providing a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in every classroom. Plus, we offer an array of exciting opportunities for students to showcase their talents both domestically and internationally! Our students have had the chance to participate in diverse workshops all over the world, including World Junior Baseball Opening Ceremonies, New York City, Disney World (Orlando), Sea World (Orlando), Dance the World parades at Walt Disney World, Nassau, Bahamas, Chicago, Wisconsin Dells, Texas, Minneapolis, and Toronto.
